Tea Pot Cozy Linen 4-6 Cup Rifle Paper Co, Strawberry Fields Midnight
Do you like your tea hot? I Certainly do! That’s why I made this awesome quilted organic cotton and organic flannel insulated tea pot cozy. I bought an antique tea cosy that was a bit well loved but still worked. When I took it apart to fix it I found a layer of cotton batting sandwiched between two layers of flannel. I knew this was the sustainable solution to a plastic free tea cozy for me. Now each Tea Cozy I make is made using new but old school products for contemporary textile pieces.
size: My Large 4-6 cup tea cozies are approximately 12.5 inch wide by 10 inch tall.
Fabric: Each tea cozy is handmade using premium Rifle Paper Co Linen Canvas in Strawberry Fields Midnight outer fabric.
I’m was sold out of a few fabric choices and just recently restocked this favourite Strawberry fields in Midnight.
Each tea pot cozy is made using organic cotton fleece-it’s an awesome eco friendly material- inside meant keep your tea pot hot. The inside layer is made using a coordinating linen fabric that is quilted to help retain its shape and for increased insulation.
Care: The proper care of your Tea Cozy is so important to keep it looking its best the longest. I believe in making products that last. Hand wash and lay flat to dry is best for linen canvas care. Using scent free soap keeps your fabric colours brighter longer. If your tea cozy accidentally made it into the dryer, dampen the Tea Cozy and use a hot iron to reshape or remove the wrinkles This Tea Cozy will shrink up to 4% if dryer in the dryer.
