Zero Waste Sustainably Made Products
A few years ago I started using a Zero Waste practice in my textile studio. I used to donate my smaller textile pieces that were left over from larger projects. I decided to start using my smaller fabric pieces to make ‘fabric’ that I use to make the same larger products such as my totes, tea cozies, sewing kits and smaller bags. I love using as much of my textiles as possible because organic and natural fibre textiles are expensive and it keeps more usable textile waste out of landfills.
