Quilted Indigo Patchwork Boro Style Jacket

A Boro jacket is a traditional work style jacket that uses patchwork pieces.

I love working with Japanese printed Indigo fabrics. The depth of textures and indigo colours makes for a vibrant and fun yet elegant visual style.  I made these Indigo Patchwork Boro Jackets using remnant fabrics from larger custom clothing pieces like my dressing gowns.

This quilted mid-weight jacket is made in a simple style with a dropped shoulder and relaxed cropped body that sits at the hip.

This jacket has side slip pockets and is quilted and lined with dark blue cotton fabric.

It fits a medium to extra large.
